- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations for night shift operations
- Perform site cleanup and waste management to maintain project efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor activities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic construction tools or willingness to purchase required equipment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Commitment to safety standards and willingness to complete safety certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
