Responsibilities
- Install and maintain industrial electrical systems during night shifts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions
- Ensure strict OSHA and NEC compliance in all operations
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for project execution
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS software
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Electrician License (Journeyman level)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial experience
- Proficient with 3-phase systems and motor controls
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for emergency repairs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
- Experience with PLC systems preferred
