Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Perform emergency troubleshooting and power restoration during night hours
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on high-voltage systems
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless project continuity
- Maintain detailed documentation of all installations and repairs
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with 3-phase systems, PLCs, and VFDs
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical failures
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
