Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial/commercial settings during overnight shifts
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute complex wiring projects
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols for high-voltage environments
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless project continuity and system handovers
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Respond to emergency electrical calls during assigned shift hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Kansas Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
- Expertise in 3-phase systems, motor controls, and PLC programming
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends/holidays as needed
