Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities during night shifts
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise electrical installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Coordinate with facility managers and engineering teams for seamless project execution
- Document all maintenance activities and prepare detailed technical reports
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience required
- Valid Tennessee Electrician Journeyman License (or reciprocal state license)
- Proven expertise with PLC systems, motor controls, and high-voltage systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety-first practices
- Flexibility to work extended hours and respond to emergency calls
