Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead emergency repair operations during night shift hours
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain detailed work documentation
- Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas Electrician License required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems, VFDs, and 3-phase power
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced diagnostic skills for high-voltage systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
