Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform safety inspections and implement hazard prevention measures
- Collaborate with team members and communicate project updates
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials as needed
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Electrician License
- Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
