Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facility safety and operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults using blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with all National Electrical Code (NEC) and local OSHA regulations.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the night shift team to complete projects on time.
- Document all work orders, time logs, and material usage accurately.
- Respond to emergency electrical calls during the night shift with rapid response times.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Must be available to work night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
