Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (valid in Texas).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial/industrial experience.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and motor control circuits.
- Ability to work independently and handle physical labor including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Must be available for night shift schedules (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
