Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
- Install/conduit/wire lighting systems and electrical panels
- Perform safety inspections and maintain equipment
- Follow OSHA and NEC compliance standards
- Document project progress and material usage
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to obtain Ohio electrician license
- Pass background check and drug screening
