Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities during night shift hours
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on complex electrical equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during emergency outages
- Document work orders and maintain accurate project records
- Lead junior electricians on complex assignments as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic skills for HVAC, PLC, and power distribution systems
- Ability to work independently in low-light environments
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders, lifting 50+ lbs, and confined space work
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work overtime during critical projects
