Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on industrial machinery and systems.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct daily inspections of electrical panels, circuits, and wiring to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations and document any necessary handovers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, motors, transformers, and power distribution.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
