Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials for projects
- Lead small crews during emergency response and after-hours maintenance
- Document all work activities with detailed reports and compliance logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Florida Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Proven expertise with 3-phase systems, VFDs, and PLC programming
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift scenarios
- Excellent physical condition for climbing, lifting, and confined spaces
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
