Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes (NEC) at all times.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures efficiently during night operations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards, wear, or system inefficiencies.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of site operations.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 Hour certification preferred.
