- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical components and systems
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Collaborate with team members on job-site coordination and task prioritization
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls during shift hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training programs
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and electrical equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and occasional overtime
