Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting on complex circuits and industrial equipment during night operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Respond to emergency electrical outages and perform necessary repairs to restore power quickly.
- Document all work orders, time logs, and material usage accurately in our digital management system.
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.
- Proficiency with diagnostic testing equipment and hand tools.
