Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Inspect electrical components for safety and compliance
- Diagnose malfunctions using test equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Adhere strictly to NFPA 70 and OSHA safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors and building managers
- Complete detailed work orders and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Kansas electrician license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
