Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on complex electrical circuits
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Lead junior electricians on night shift projects
- Document work completion and maintain accurate project records
- Coordinate with contractors and building management teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Proven night shift work history in construction
- Expertise in power distribution, PLC systems, and VFDs
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic abilities for emergency repairs
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
