Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and fixture installations during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including pipe bursts, leaks, and sewer line problems
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes for residential and commercial properties
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients during after-hours service calls
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless service continuity and preventive maintenance
- Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of journeyman plumbing experience with valid California state license
- Proven expertise in residential/commercial plumbing systems and emergency repairs
- Strong diagnostic skills for water, gas, and drain line issues
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
