Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial/residential plumbing systems during overnight hours
- Install pipes, fixtures, and equipment following safety protocols
- Respond to emergency calls with rapid diagnostic and resolution capabilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and water systems
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover
- Adhere to EPA regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license and EPA certification
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong diagnostic skills for emergency situations
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with smart home plumbing systems
