Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Install and maintain water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Respond to emergency service calls during night hours with rapid response protocols
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with contractors on new construction plumbing installations
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory of materials
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer communication during emergency situations
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proven expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex issues
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
