Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems during night shifts
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls with rapid diagnostic and resolution expertise
- Inspect pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems to identify issues using advanced detection tools
- Collaborate with on-call supervisors to prioritize urgent service requests
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Adhere to all NYC plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Train junior plumbers on advanced techniques and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with night shift exposure
- Valid New York State Plumber's License (Master Plumber preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and video inspection systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
