Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drains, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose and resolve emergency plumbing issues during night shift hours
- Perform pipefitting, pipe welding, and trenchless rehabilitation techniques
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Inspect plumbing systems and provide preventive maintenance recommendations
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory records
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced plumbing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Expertise in backflow prevention, pipe bursting, and hydro jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex hydraulic systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and valid Class C license
- Spanish fluency preferred
