Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Inspect systems to identify potential hazards and ensure code compliance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with on-call clients.
- Complete accurate paperwork and time tracking for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Plumber License in Ohio (or willingness to obtain reciprocity for Virginia locations).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Tools: Must possess own personal hand tools and basic plumbing tools.
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
