Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs during night shifts (leaks, clogs, water heater malfunctions)
- Install and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems per code requirements
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and thermal imaging
- Complete service reports with digital invoicing via mobile app
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts in service vehicles
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Journeyman/Master)
- 3+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Availability for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Emergency response certification preferred
