Responsibilities
- Perform emergency repairs, leak detection, and pipe repairs on residential and commercial systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local Indianapolis building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding job status and completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Assist in the training of apprentice plumbers as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license (Indiana).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
