Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, pipe bursts, and clogs.
- Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures according to local codes and safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan pipe layouts.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and within the assigned timeframe.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress and technical details.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of modern plumbing systems.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Availability for overtime and emergency call-outs as needed.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight or confined spaces.
