Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in luxury residences and commercial buildings
- Diagnose and resolve emergencies including burst pipes, sewage backups, and gas leaks
- Lead teams on multi-unit construction projects with strict adherence to NYC plumbing codes
- Perform hydrostatic testing, pipe inspections, and system troubleshooting
- Manage material inventory and coordinate with contractors for seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed service reports and client communication logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a licensed Master Plumber (NY State License # required)
- Proven expertise with copper, PEX, and CPVC piping systems
- Extensive experience with backflow prevention and water filtration systems
- OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with NYC Local Laws 26/54
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
