Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose issues using digital inspection tools and plumbing schematics
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repair, fixture installation, and water heater maintenance
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of truck supplies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and city plumbing codes
- Provide clear communication to customers about service needs and costs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
