Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pipe failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night hours
- Collaborate with journeymen plumbers to complete complex installations
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Provide excellent customer communication during on-site service calls
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide paid training!
- Valid California Driver's License (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Jose
- Willingness to earn plumbing certifications within 6 months
