Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Install, repair, and replace piping systems, including copper, PEX, and PVC.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local San Francisco building codes and safety regulations.
- Inspect existing systems to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
- Document all work performed, including material usage and time logs, for accurate billing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding job progress and costs.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Plumber License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, floor plans, and local plumbing codes.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
