Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Perform drain cleaning, sewer line inspections, and water damage mitigation
- Install plumbing fixtures and systems according to building codes
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and tools
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
