Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe fitting, and fixture installations during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and water heater failures
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems in high-rise buildings
- Ensure all work complies with Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed job documentation
- Collaborate with on-call supervisors and coordinate with property managers
- Conduct preventative maintenance on plumbing systems during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with night shift preference
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10 certification and EPA 608 certification required
- Expertise in backflow prevention, pipefitting, and trenchless technology
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with commercial plumbing systems in high-rises
- Availability for flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
