Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies during night shifts
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate installations
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventive maintenance on pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Collaborate with team members for seamless project completion
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication
- Document work orders and maintain service logs
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36 classification)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and water heater systems
- Strong problem-solving skills for emergency situations
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
