Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and fixture installations during overnight hours
- Diagnose and resolve residential/commercial plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, boilers, and sewer systems
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed repair reports
- Adhere to safety protocols and EPA regulations for hazardous waste disposal
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials in service vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license or equivalent reciprocity
- Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response experience preferred
- Knowledge of DC plumbing codes and regulations
