Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and fixture installations for residential/commercial clients
- Diagnose system failures using advanced diagnostic tools and hydraulic testing equipment
- Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and backflow prevention systems
- Adhere strictly to DC plumbing codes, safety protocols, and EPA regulations
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain digital job documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization during night shifts
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections for commercial properties
Qualifications
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (DCRA certification)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing system failures
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability for flexible night shifts (5 PM - 2 AM)
