Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs for residential and commercial properties during night shifts
- Install, maintain, and repair water systems, fixtures, and pipes per code requirements
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and inspection cameras
- Complete detailed work orders and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with dispatch team to prioritize urgent service calls
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication during service calls
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting (preferred)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (PM-AM)
