Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, fixture installations, and load calculations under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Transport materials and tools to job sites as directed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; apprenticeship training will be provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
