Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and transport them to designated areas
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Support skilled trades with tasks like mixing concrete, laying foundations, or framing structures
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to safety protocols and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to follow instructions
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
