Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in daily construction tasks
- Prepare job sites by moving materials and equipment
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Must pass pre-employment physical assessment
