Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters) under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with mentorship
- Perform diagnostic testing using professional equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Assist senior plumbers with emergency service calls
- Maintain clean job sites and proper tool maintenance
- Complete daily reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
- Willingness to obtain Washington State plumbing license (company-sponsored)
- Pass background check and drug screening
