Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support skilled trades with material staging and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate with site supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety procedures and teamwork
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
