Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Follow construction plans and verbal instructions precisely
- Contribute to on-site safety protocols and hazard prevention
- Support project completion on schedule and within budget
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Positive attitude and team collaboration skills
