Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, hammers) and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job site conditions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying materials
- Report project progress and equipment issues to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Baltimore metro area
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
