Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Perform demolition, excavation, and concrete work under supervision
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to meet OSHA standards
- Support carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks as needed
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for flexible shifts (mornings/afternoons/weekends)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
