Responsibilities
- Assist with general site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely under supervision.
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with manual labor tasks.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure job site safety.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
