Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required for motivated applicants.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods outdoors.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
