Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including site cleanup, excavation, and material handling.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, drywall installation, and finishing tasks.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare building materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Load and unload trucks and deliver materials to designated areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
