Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support demolition, excavation, and basic concrete work as assigned
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and light equipment
- Complete daily task reports and communicate progress to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Availability to work weekdays (4-6 hour shifts) and occasional weekends
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are non-negotiable
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and at heights
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying project demands
