- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, lifting, and equipment operation
- Read blueprints and communicate effectively with site supervisors
- Complete daily documentation and progress reports accurately
- Support project timelines by adapting to changing priorities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
